We can be contacted at any time via email, this is our preferred method of communication. Please visit our Contact Us page for details on how to get in touch. We aim to have a 48 hour turn around on queries to our email account. For more urgent enquiries, please call us and leave a message. We will respond as soon as we possibly can.
Within reason, we are prepared to perform basic maintenance tasks on your PropertyMaximiser website, such as adding/removing inspection times, or adding photos. If you have any more involved modifications, please note that you will be billed $20 per change. This fee is payable within 3 business days of the modifications being made, or your PropertyMaximiser website will be temporarily disabled and a "maintenance" page (stating that this is a PropertyMaximiser site) will be elevated in its' place until the outstanding account is settled.
